Starting with a 15-30 minute introduction e-consultation. Learn about us and hear more about you, your team, and what you're looking for. This will give you a chance to make sure this is the right fit for your needs.

You'll receive a proposal agreement outlining the project scope, services, timeline, rates, and all the standard terms and conditions. If you're ready to go at that point, sign and it's time to get started!

Deep dive into your organization, the processes, the pain points, and the project details. Everything that was discussed on the initial consultation call, but in more depth. Getting all the details up front will help guarantee that your project will roll out efficiently and your needs are fulfilled! The goal is to help you.

It's time to get busy designing, implementing improvements, making best-practice recommendations, and completing your project(s) or support request(s). Your feedback along the way is a very important and necessary part of the success.

Once you are satisfied with the project, prior to closing, ownership of everything will be transferred to your team. In the end, you have a more streamlined process that gives you a better work week.

Once your project(s) are complete, there is an ongoing monthly support option to make support available! You will be successful using Smartsheet and have support when needed.
